Reminder that intersectionality deals with the intersections of race and class with misogyny and how that affects feminism and has nothing to do with gender theory
This would be an incoherent brain dead on arrival level take even if it didn’t directly contradict Kimberle Crenshaw’s public statements. In fact it took me less than two minutes to find an interview she did with an online trans publication about intersectionality. You just look like a dork do your research before you open your mouth like an ignorant fool.

Crenshaw did an entire TedTalk about Intersectionality that specifically focuses on Black women, she is LGBTQ inclusive, and has written several works that literally focuses entirely on Black women. So honestly, what in the living, unredacted fuck are y'all on?
Honestly @terfkirby do you think this woman is on y'all’s “side”?
“So when I hear a critique of intersectionality that isn’t about how the framework failed the projects that it was designed to address; when I don’t hear Black women plaintiffs; when I don’t hear Latinx people who were excluded from domestic violence shelters because they didn’t speak English; when I don’t hear about how the marriage equality discourse in the U.S. leaves behind trans people and poor lesbians; when the critique is not grounded in material, sociopolitical injustices, I’m just not that interested in it! Because they’re not interested in what intersectionality was initially designed to do!”
From this brilliant interview:
https://www.them.us/story/kimberle-crenshaw-lady-phyll-intersectionality
Likely talking about trans men who are female and therefore need feminism. Males aren’t a part of intersectional feminism
Literally no. Like read the entire interview. Read about the work of Lady Phyll. Hell spend like 5 minutes on them.us and tell me if they’re interested in excluding trans women.
Regardless, I’m still interested
…obviously. But to falsely claim Kimberlé Crenshaw’s work means something it objectively does not is fucked up and unethical.
Exactly so y'all TRAs should stop interpreting it to include males
Intersectional feminism is about other forms of oppression intersecting with the oppression that comes with being female/AFAB/a woman. Interpreting it to include males (AMABs) just… Isn’t possible
she literally….. includes trans women….. in intersectional feminism………how are you trying to make it trans exclusive are you dumb
It’s not exclusive of trans identified females. It’s exclusive of males
i know youre on a different level of ideology but when normal people say trans women, i think the term you crackheads use is a TIM. meaning that crenshaw is talking about it being inclusive of TIMs. shes a tra.
